Welcome to Natural Visions.
Protecting your personal data matters to me. This Privacy Policy explains how I handle personal data when you visit my website https://www.natural-visions.com and when you contact me or use my services.

I provide personal and professional services that may involve individual communication (for example by email) and online sessions (Zoom). I do not use WhatsApp for client communication. A WhatsApp icon/link (if visible on the site) is only a convenience link to recommend or share the website and is not intended as a channel for sending sensitive personal data.

Important note about analytics and protective measures:
I do not run behavioral tracking, profiling, or marketing analytics as a general practice. I would only consider activating additional analysis or logging tools if I have to protect myself, my clients, or the public in situations such as stalking, harassment, threats, fraud attempts, or clearly unlawful / immoral misuse of my website or services. In such cases, I may use what is technically necessary and legally permitted to identify abuse patterns, secure evidence, and protect rights and safety.

2) WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

This policy does not control how third parties process data on their own platforms. If you leave my website via external links or use third-party services, their own privacy terms apply.

3) MY PRINCIPLE: MINIMUM DATA, MAXIMUM RESPECT
As a principle, I keep data handling as minimal as possible.
I personally store and use only the information that you voluntarily provide to me (for example by email) and only for the purposes explained below.

4) DATA I RECEIVE FROM YOU VOLUNTARILY
If you contact me or work with me, you may provide:
- your name (or preferred name)

- messages you send (and any attachments)
- optionally, your phone number (only if you choose to provide it)

5) WEBSITE HOSTING AND TECHNICAL DATA (IONOS)
This website is hosted with IONOS.
When you visit websites, hosting providers typically process technical data in order to deliver the website, maintain stability and security, and prevent abuse. This can include server log data such as IP address, date/time of access, requested pages/files, referrer URL, browser/device information, and similar technical metadata.

Important: I do not actively “track” you. However, I cannot fully control what the hosting provider processes in the background as part of operating the infrastructure. If you prefer to reduce cookie-related processing, you can reject cookies in your browser (where applicable) and adjust privacy settings on your device. Please read section 8 below (your device settings).

Legal basis (typical for hosting/security):
Depending on the situation, processing is based on my legitimate interests in providing a secure and reliable website, on contractual necessity (if you request a service), and/or on legal obligations (where applicable). Where consent is required for certain technologies, processing occurs only if consent is given.

6) COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
I do not intentionally use cookies for marketing, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

8) YOUR DEVICE AND BROWSER SETTINGS MATTER
Your privacy is also shaped by the settings you choose on your phone, tablet, and computer.
I strongly recommend reviewing:

- operating system privacy settings (location services, app permissions)
- security settings (updates, password management, anti-malware if desired)

These settings can significantly reduce unwanted data exposure across the internet, not just on my website.

9) GOOGLE WEB FONTS AND EXTERNAL RESOURCES

10) THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
My website may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content (for example video platforms or social media). If you click or interact with third-party services, the third party may process data under its own policies. I am not responsible for how third parties process your personal data.

11) ONLINE SESSIONS VIA ZOOM
Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Zoom processes data (as a service provider) according to its own privacy documentation and contractual terms. Depending on settings and usage, Zoom may process meeting metadata and technical information necessary to provide the video conferencing service.

My practice:
- I do not record sessions unless we explicitly agree in advance.
- If we agree on recordings, I will clarify purpose, storage, and retention before recording.
- I recommend that you join sessions from a private environment and with a device you trust.

12) PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
I process personal data only for clear and limited purposes, such as:
- responding to your inquiries
- providing and organizing my services (appointments, sessions, follow-up)
- communicating with you about your request
- fulfilling legal obligations (where applicable)
- ensuring website security and preventing misuse
- protecting my rights and the rights/safety of others in case of harassment, stalking, threats, or fraud attempts

I do not sell personal data and I do not use your data for intrusive advertising.

13) LEGAL BASES (GDPR-ORIENTED)
Where the GDPR applies (EU/EEA), processing is typically based on one or more of the following:

After retention ends, data is deleted or anonymized.

15) SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
I do not share your personal data with third parties unless:
- it is necessary to deliver a service you requested (for example technical providers like hosting or video conferencing)
- you explicitly ask me to do so or consent to it
- I am legally obliged to do so
- it is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security in case of abuse, harassment, threats, fraud, or legal claims

Where service providers are used, they process data under their own obligations and (where applicable) data processing agreements.

16) INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where relevant, appropriate safeguards are used (for example contractual protections such as standard contractual clauses) or transfers occur to jurisdictions recognized as having adequate protection. Regardless of location, I aim to treat your data with a high standard of care.

17) SECURITY
I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
However, no internet transmission and no electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, I cannot guarantee absolute security. Please also protect yourself by using secure devices, strong passwords, and careful sharing habits.

18) YOUR RIGHTS (IN A RESPECT WAY)
Depending on your location and applicable law (especially within the EU/EEA), you may have rights regarding your personal data. 19) CHILDREN
