Sessions are typically conducted online via Zoom, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded when you book a coaching or consultation session and confirm the details (e.g., time, topic, price) via email or through the booking system. By booking, you agree to these T&C and the agreed conditions.

Prices and Payments
The prices for the services I offer are listed on my websitewww.natural-visions.com. Payment is generally required before the session via bank transfer, PayPal, or another method I accept.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You can cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time free of charge. If canceled later, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the session fee. No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
I guarantee the confidentiality of any information you provide. All personal data you submit is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy policy on my website. Your personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

I reserve the right to refuse a session without giving reasons if the necessary trusting relationship cannot be established. Additionally, I reserve the right to terminate the cooperation if immoral behavior (e.g., harassment or stalking) is detected. In such cases, no refund will be given, and legal actions may be initiated.

All materials provided during coaching sessions, including presentations, handouts, and other educational content, are protected by copyright. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without my explicit consent.

I use IONOS as my hosting provider. IONOS may collect technical data such as IP addresses and cookies to operate and maintain the website. However, I have no control over what data IONOS processes in the background. For more information, refer to the IONOS Privacy Policy.
