The Happy Food System™

The Happy Food System™
Ethnomedicine-inspired Nutrition • Selected Modern Research • Superfoods
Organic • Fairtrade • Animal-Friendly

I love this topic from the bottom of my heart, because food has been one of my biggest joys for years — and I’ve seen how much it can change a person’s whole life.

People come to this work for very real reasons. Energy drops too fast. Recovery takes too long or the body feels “too full” after meals.

I combine traditional wisdom with modern research — and then translate it into your daily life!

It’s honestly a joy for me when someone comes back after a week and says: “Something shifted… I feel clearer, lighter, and more like myself again.

And if you meditate or do deep inner work, you usually notice it even more: certain foods feel clean and supportive, others feel heavy and distracting. Just so you know where I stand: I take your symptoms seriously, and I stay gentle with you — because people usually have enough pressure already.

Happy Food System™ is my personal nutrition concept.  It grew out of decades of living close to nature, working with herbs, exploring traditional and indigenous healing knowledge, and staying genuinely curious about modern nutrition research.
Ethnomedicine is the bridge-word for this world: the way different cultures understand health, food, plants, and healing traditions. I treat that with respect, depth, and responsibility. I’m very warm in my work and I’m also very precise — I’ll notice patterns you may have stopped noticing, simply because you’ve lived with them for so long.

I love this part, because you can literally feel it: when the body feels clean and calm, it’s so much easier to meditate, stay present, and hear yourself again.

My foundation stays steady: vegetarian-based, partly vegan, always organic.
Clean ingredients, a supportive rhythm, and meals that still taste like life.

Why people reach out

Most people don’t want another strict plan. People want to feel like themselves again.

You may recognize yourself in this:

  • “I want real energy again.”
  • “I miss my creativity.”
  • “I want my mind clear.”
  • “I want to regenerate faster.”
  • “I want stable mood.”
  • “I want to feel younger in my own skin.”
  • “I want a body that supports my spiritual growth.”

I’ve lived this lifestyle for a long time. People have guessed me younger for years. I share that because it’s part of my own experience: rhythm, clean inputs, and deep regulation can shift a lot.

What we can look at together

Sometimes it’s one clear topic. Often it’s a blend.

Energy & Mind

  • low energy, “empty battery” days
  • cloudy mind, slow focus, heavy thinking
  • creativity that feels blocked

Mood & Nervous System

  • stress stored in the body (tension, tight chest, shallow breathing)
  • anxious patterns, inner pressure
  • emotional heaviness, mood dips
  • sleep that feels light and unrestorative

Body & Recovery

  • slow regeneration after busy phases
  • frequent colds, a system that feels overly sensitive
  • inflammation signals (puffiness, reactive digestion, reactive skin)
  • migraines / recurring headaches as a pattern worth exploring through rhythm, triggers, stress load, and nutrition

Sometimes deeper layers belong in the conversation too, especially when symptoms repeat over and over. People bring up candida-related patterns, parasitic themes, viral load discussions, hidden stressors. When that comes up, I stay grounded: clear thinking, clear steps, and professional medical context where testing or treatment belongs.

How working with me feels

A session is a real conversation. Calm, friendly, clear, personal. I listen closely, because tiny details often matter.

In your session we look at

  • your symptoms and your current challenges
  • your daily rhythm (sleep, stress, recovery, movement)
  • your food structure (timing, habits, triggers, cravings)
  • your nervous system tone (overdrive, shutdown, tension)
  • your preferences (food has to feel good, otherwise it won’t last)

Depending on you, I also use gentle lenses that many people find helpful

  • age and life phase
  • hormone themes
  • Ayurveda and the Five Elements
  • blood group concepts as a soft orientation
  • organ language as awareness work
  • ethnomedicine-inspired food energetics and plant wisdom

You leave with something practical

  • a clear daily structure
  • a “yes list” and a “pause list” that feels personal
  • recipe ideas + variations
  • shopping direction
  • selected superfoods and supportive habits
  • a rhythm that calms the day

The backbone of Happy Food System™

Organic as baseline
Many bodies relax when inputs get cleaner.

Rhythm that your body can trust
A steady structure often changes cravings, digestion, energy, and mood. Time-restricted eating or intermittent fasting can be part of the concept when it fits your body and your everyday life.

Nervous system care stays part of the bigger picture
Stress changes appetite, digestion, sleep, recovery. When the system calms down, the whole relationship with food often changes.

And one more thing matters a lot: this has to feel good to live.
Pleasure belongs in the structure. Beauty belongs on the plate.

Food that supports awakening

Some foods feel heavy. Some feel clean. If you meditate, you often notice it immediately.

A calmer body can support presence, emotional stability, deeper meditation, and that feeling of being more open and receptive. Many people describe this as strengthening the energetic field, including the “crystalline body” experience.

The body is the home of the soul on this planet.
A happy life feels easier inside a body that feels good to live in.

Try it! You’ll understand what I mean, and because it’s low-carb and balanced, it’s the kind of sweet treat you can enjoy without overthinking your weight afterwards.

Recipe transformation

I cook for my life, I really do — I could do this every day and never get bored.
I love creating new recipes, and I love even more when someone tries them and suddenly realizes: healthy can taste luxurious. I’ve loved it since I was young, and I still get genuinely excited when I create a new recipe that feels nourishing and beautiful at the same time. Many people have heard words like “pseudograins” or “anti-inflammatory meals” and still feel lost in the kitchen. And for everyday meals, quinoa is one of my favorites: it’s a complete plant protein with all essential amino acids, and you can cook it sweet or savory depending on your mood.

So yes, recipes are part of my passion and my work. I take classic comfort food and translate it into my world:

  • organic ingredients
  • vegetarian or vegan variants (depending on you)
  • refined sugar-free direction
  • beautiful on the plate
  • comforting
  • genuinely delicious
  • satisfying

That’s exactly why I’m sharing the Silky Pistachio Mousse with you: it’s so good that I could eat it again and again, and it still feels light and clean. People get support with amazing recipe ideas for healthy ice cream, cakes, bread, sweets, delicious nourishing meals, and international dishes, always adapted to taste and everyday life!

Tradition matters to me too. I’ve spent many years exploring older systems with real history and structure, including Hildegard of Bingen and the nutrition logic inside those teachings. There’s something grounding about wisdom that survived centuries.

Try this at home: Silky Pistachio Mousse

This is one of those recipes that looks luxurious, feels light, and still satisfies!

Make it once — and you’ll understand why I’m obsessed with it!

Ingredients

  • coconut whipping cream (unsweetened if possible)
  • pure pistachio butter (organic, no sugar)
  • vanilla
  • a sweetener you tolerate well
  • optional: crushed pistachios
  • optional: a pinch of high-quality mineral salt

How to make it
Whip the coconut cream until airy and smooth. Blend in pistachio butter, vanilla, and your sweetener. Let it chill for a while. Then plate it beautifully — small peaks, clean elegance, a little texture on top.

A second quick idea

Cacao Cream Cups
Use coconut yogurt or coconut cream, add raw cacao powder, sweeten gently, and top with cacao nibs, berries, or chopped nuts. Chill it, then enjoy it slowly.

In sessions I’ll show you variations and upgrades — depending on mood, hormones, cravings, digestion, and lifestyle.

A gentle note on blood group nutrition

Blood group nutrition is a topic many people have heard about. Current evidence has yet to show the promised “one-rule-for-everyone” effect.
That’s why I treat it as a gentle lens at most. Your real-life body signals matter more than a label.

Sweeteners

I work with sweeteners thoughtfully and individually. Some have a strong reputation in dental discussions. Newer research has also raised questions for certain health profiles.
So sweeteners always stay inside personal context and the bigger health picture — and if there’s any uncertainty, it gets checked with a qualified professional.

Superfoods I use a lot

For clarity and creative energy

  • berries
  • mineral-rich greens
  • high-quality cacao

For calm and stability

  • warm, grounding meals
  • fiber + protein + good fats on the plate
  • steady timing your nervous system can relax into

For glow and longevity support

  • colorful plant variety
  • good oils
  • minerals, hydration, and consistent recovery habits

Pseudograins made simple

Quinoa, buckwheat, millet, amaranth, teff — many people have heard the names, very few people learned how to turn them into meals that feel comforting.

In sessions you get:

  • easy cooking methods
  • seasoning ideas that taste amazing
  • sweet breakfast versions and savory bowl versions
  • travel-friendly variations
  • quick meals for busy days

My toolbox

  • coffee alternatives (chicory, roasted dandelion root, cacao blends)
  • vital mushrooms / medicinal mushrooms (lion’s mane, reishi, cordyceps, chaga — dosage-aware, person-specific)
  • mineral salts and mineral routines (Ur-salt / high-quality salts, used consciously)
  • hydration rituals and simple daily habits
  • gentle upgrades that fit your lifestyle

A small daily ritual I love: ginger water

Slice fresh ginger, pour hot water, let it sit for a few minutes.
Lemon later, once it’s warm rather than boiling.

Many people love this as a simple daily anchor.

Longevity & Blue Zones

I’ve been fascinated by longevity for years. I look at it in a human way: how people live, how they eat, how they recover, how they regulate stress, how they stay connected, how they keep purpose.

I love these conversations because they open the mind — and at the same time I always bring it back to real life: what you eat, how you sleep, how you recover, and how you treat your nervous system every day.

  • rhythm
  • plant-forward nourishment
  • steady movement
  • real recovery
  • nervous system calm
  • community and belonging

I also love the bigger vision behind it — that the body may be capable of far more vitality and lifespan than modern culture assumes. I treat it as a direction, and it influences the way I build concepts.

Supportive nutrition during illness

Some people want supportive guidance during illness. Support can be meaningful.

In my work this stays coordinated with qualified professionals:

  • medical context stays present
  • doctors and practitioners stay involved
  • allergies, intolerances, interactions, dosage questions stay in professional hands

Support statement

Happy Food System™ offers supportive guidance around nutrition, rhythm, recipes, and lifestyle anchors. For diagnosis and treatment decisions, please work with qualified healthcare professionals. Allergies, intolerances, pregnancy, chronic conditions, and serious symptoms belong inside medical supervision.
